Dream interpretation of sleeping in dream. Occasionally the body gets confused and the brain wakes yet since that night in 2012, i have experienced sleep paralysis at least 10 times.
I have had sleep paralysis a few times over the last year and came to the conclusion that it was a natural cause that was behind it. It involves being aware that you're dreaming while still asleep. It wasn't quite as terrifying as i've seen some descriptions of, but i guess results vary. I know what sleep paralysis is and when i was dreaming of having sleep paralysis i tried every method to get out but it seemed to get worse such as taking deep breaths and that it would switch froms dreams to paralysis to dreams like a never ending cycle.
